4. Sellers must promptly communicate the cancellation to the buyer through Buyer-Seller Messaging, providing a clear explanation for the cancellation.
5. Sellers should initiate the cancellation process through the Manage Orders feature or relevant feeds promptly.
Cancellation by Buyers:
1. Buyers are allowed to cancel orders in accordance with ShopsVibes's standard cancellation policies.
2. Buyers must follow the cancellation process specified by ShopsVibes, which may include using the appropriate features on the website or contacting customer support.
3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in accordance with the refund policy outlined by ShopsVibes.
General Cancellation Guidelines:
1. Both sellers and buyers must adhere to ShopsVibes's policies and guidelines related to cancellations.
2. Attempts to misuse the cancellation process, such as attempting to influence or manipulate order cancellations unfairly, are strictly prohibited.
3. Sellers must not attempt to cancel orders to circumvent the ShopsVibes sales process.
4. Communication-related to cancellations should be conducted through Buyer-Seller Messaging.
